SourceWeaver responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe a user has generated transcripts from a source you own without authorization, please send a written notice to the contact below containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  2. The specific source URL or file the user submitted (or, if unknown, enough information to locate it).
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we'll do

On receipt of a valid notice we will purge the relevant user content from our systems and notify the user. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
