SourceWeaver responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe a user has generated transcripts from a source you own without authorization, please send a written notice to the contact below containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific source URL or file the user submitted (or, if unknown, enough information to locate it).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

What we'll do
On receipt of a valid notice we will purge the relevant user content from our systems and notify the user. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
