Privacy Requests

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you (rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws). This page is the channel for those requests.

Self-service first

The fastest path for the most common requests is built into the app:

• Delete your account and data — available on your Account page. This erases your account, transcripts, and generated files.
• Download your files — every job's output is downloadable from your dashboard while it's within your plan's retention window.
• Update your email or display name — also on the Account page.

Everything else — email us

Send your request to info@usesourceweaver.com with the subject "Privacy request" and include:

1. The email address on your SourceWeaver account (we verify requests against it).
2. What you're asking for — access, correction, export, deletion, or a question about how your data is used.
3. Any detail that helps us locate the data (e.g. approximate dates or the collection name involved).

We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If you don't have an account (for example, your voice appears in media someone else processed), tell us what you know and we'll investigate.
